Meet Our Team

Christa West President and CEO

Mrs. West is the President and Founder of MAXWest Media and oversees the day-to-day operations of the agency including creative direction, client services, media buying, administration and strategic direction, and fulfillment.  Mrs. West  formed MAXWest Media in 2008 and has extensive brand management, marketing and advertising experience. Prior to forming MAXWest, Christa was the Sales Manager for FOX, Jacksonville, Florida and Account Manager with ABC in Atlanta, key markets with top 10 positioning in the country in terms of ratings and revenue.

Mrs. West has personally developed and executed hundreds  of strategic marketing plans, and produced television and radio spots, behaviorally-targeted digital longtail ad campaigns, e-commerce and CMS websites, events, and strategic social marketing sites and platforms poised for conversion.   Additionally, Mrs. West has purchased media in the top 10 and 20 broadcast markets and has experience managing electronic and mobile databases and fulfillment services.


Nicole Myers Media Director

Nicole has over 13 years experience in the Advertising/Marketing/Media Sales industry.  Her expertise crosses all spectrums - working with a range of clients in retail, business to business (B2B), business to consumer (B2C), services, healthcare and quick service industries.  Nicole has a proven success in building customized marketing and media campaigns to drive sales for each individual client that draws on their unique niche in their marketplace.  She was the Sales Development leader at the #1 TV station in the Country, WSB-TV.  Nicole can recommend the most cost effective means of getting your message across the right media channels.

Prior to being in the TV industry, Nicole rounded out her advertising experience by working in the agency business, radio sales and the online industry. Her diverse media background gives her an extensive knowledge base to ensure your marketing message reaches your target.

Nicole has a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Bowling Green State University, OH.


Andy Sexton Social Marketing

Andy Sexton is the Social Marketing Manager of MAXWest Media, overseeing and creating original content for all of our client’s social media pages.  Andy joined the MAXWest Media team after earning his MBA from Mercer University in 2010, in addition to his bachelor’s degree in Advertising.

Andy is dedicated to building each client's social media platform, as well as creating compelling content for fans.  Each client requires a unique voice in order to engage fans, and Andy is dedicated to making sure that each client's message is heard.


Meredith Pruden Digital Content Specialist

Atlanta native Meredith Pruden brings nearly 20 years of creative services expertise to her project work. During that time, she has worked in a variety of contract roles for industry leaders, including Atlanta Spirit (Hawks and Thrashers), PGA of America, Parisian department stores, Epson Printers, Coca-Cola Company, BIS Benefits, Global Healthcare Resources, Prenet Media and Brown-Forman (Southern Comfort and Woodford Reserve). Additionally, Meredith has been an integral member of launch teams for several print and online magazines, including Cover, Atlanta Salon & Spa and CommonCreativ, as well as the group buying web site MyDailyThread.

A compelling writer, editor and strategist, Meredith is a content specialist who repeatedly has led teams to produce high impact informational and marketing copy for both traditional print and online consumption. She has been published hundreds of times as a feature journalist with specific expertise in fashion and beauty, home improvement and real estate and popular culture.

In addition to her aptitude for crafting dynamic copy, Meredith also has extensive experience realizing the artistic vision of campaigns. She has consistently ensured the logistical and aesthetic success of marketing campaigns and collateral while choreographing the production of visually riveting photography, acting as on-site art director, program/project manager and corporate liaison. Moreover, she is well-versed in using new technologies to carry out successful marketing campaigns and is uniquely positioned to recommend and execute impactful social media and SEO strategies.

Meredith holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication with a concentration in Media Studies and a minor in Writing for Public Communication. She is currently completing thesis work on her Master of Arts in Communication at Georgia State University.


Cassandra Qualis Media Buyer

Cassandra Qualls brings over 20 years of experience from working with the country's largest advertisers to single store retailers.  She has served clients with locations all over the US, Canada and the Caribbean, including the largest agencies and Fortune 500 clients.  Cassandra brings that extensive knowledge to create customized solutions for her clients.  She understands the complexities of identifying client's potential customers, budget development and management, selecting the appropriate environment for her client's message and negotiating the best possible cost.


Dave Martinez Graphics & Design

Dave Martinez is a veteran of the television industry with 16 years of experience. Over the 16 years Dave has worked in various areas of the broadcast industry, including live production, linear & non-linear post-production, videographer, electronic graphics, print, web, motion graphics & 3D animation. Dave served as Art Director for WSB-TV in Atlanta for over 8 years, and was instrumental in the transition to High Definition, designing and implementing an efficient work environment built around an Xsan and Apple workstations running the latest in motion graphics applications.

Dave is also an accomplished photographer preferring athletic portraiture and sports photography. During his free time, he trains and competes in local triathlons, 10k's, marathons and is a member of the Atlanta Triathlon Club. He also donates his time and photographic services to the Atlanta Track Club.
